A robot that greets you when you look sad 😕, in the form of an iconic movie character.

I built an interactive robot on my college campus for an event, designed to engage attendees who appeared disinterested. The robot utilized computer vision to recognize facial expressions, servo motors to turn and wave, and illuminated eyes for added interactivity. A speaker was integrated to play standardized greeting sounds.

The experiment was successful, attracting significant attention and diverting focus from the main event.
